GRAHAM BRADY OPENS NEW SIXTH FORM AT COLLEGE OF ARTS
Altrincham and Sale West MP Graham Brady cut the ribbon to open the brand new sixth form at Altrincham College of Arts on Friday.
The sixth form has been a 5.3 million pound project and is the culmination of a long- held ambition for the Altrincham School, again rated ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED, to have a sixth form.
The new sixth form will have 200 places and offer a mix of A level courses and Level 3 vocational diplomas in Art and Design; Fashion and Textiles; Media Productions; Sport and Child Development
The school says that pupils have often expressed a wish to stay at ACA throughout their school career and now they will be able to.
Graham Brady said:
‘Altrincham College of Arts is an outstanding School and I am always impressed by the atmosphere there, the achievements of pupils and the commitment of staff. I am delighted that pupils will now have the opportunity to stay at ACA throughout their secondary school career.’
